She empowers a talented team of makers, problem-solvers and creative thinkers to deliver exceptional building play experiences for preschoolers, kids & collectors. Over the past 10 years, Bisma has held key roles in brand management, product development, and marketing communications across the Mega Bloks brand portfolio, and has most recently partnered with powerful brands such as American Girl, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Minions & Thomas the Tank to launch innovative building toys and marketing campaigns for boys, girls & preschoolers. A graduate of Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business in Montreal, Canada, Bisma is passionate about learning through play, understanding digital innovation and embracing failure in the creative process. She is most proud of her 10th grade ‘Best Effort’ award, which still inspires her to run marathons, climb mountains and find opportunity in every challenge.
